Uneventful lazy saturday. The personal challenge - so far so good. Exercise feels great. I feel light after my workouts. :) Not all the way there on the sleeping 8 hrs a night thing but i'm getting there. Had almost 7 hrs last night. That is awesome for me.
Went heavy on the sweetener today though but i've completely given up diet coke. I think it'll take a few days to ween myself off of sweeteners completely.
Weigh in tomm morning. I really hope I break the 136 lbs mark.
