I'm pretty sure this is water weight from all the wine I have been drinking. Going to focus shedding it off this week! no drinking for me this weekend! 😡
221.8 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
