NO sleeping pill, did sleep from 12:30 to 12:30. Pretty good considering I did not sl at all the past two nights. Adding many foods I typically eat to the list today. I did not eat all this stuff in one day. lol
I like this site more now since I have been discovering the information here. It is easier to do these calculations at home, before I make my list or go to the grocery store.
