Keto lunch: enormous salad with locally made Caesar dressing, Parmesan & herb roasted turkey from Whole Foods. I watch grams not percentages: 6.3 carbs. 48 grams of protein because I am lifting heavy weights 4x a week. 😋 Very filling.
