Weigh In record (no journal entry) for 20 July 2012
144.6 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.9 lb a week

Comments 
I consumed less calories calories than in the past. Less meat, more veggies, less starch, I added seeds for fat and only healthy snacks. I also I did not seem to need as much food. Last time I consumed less calories I was starving the next week.
