Hi everyone, I am a mom of two boys, ages 25 and 14, I have recently had health problems and injuries that seems to be reshaping my body. More fat, less muscle, and more drooping. I am not as active. I am trying to change. Recently I joined a Zomba Gold class (for seniors and injured people.) and a Pilates class.
Before, I was an avid runner. Exercise goddess. I have always had a great figure. The belly is driving me nuts. I am only 7 pound from ideal weight but I can't drop a pound.
I have not given up. So I am ready for a challenge,
