Aye, having a hard time staying focused on good foods. I guess baking 400 cupcakes and icing them in one week really put my sugar cravings in a tail spin. Am craving carbs and I'm really trying hard to be good!

You might consider getting a container of flavored protein powder. There are a number of recipes you can make (from fudge to ice cream) that FEEL like cheating when you're not. Best of luck to you.
