Taking a week long break from the hard core zero carb diet. Lost 8.5lbs in 17
Days so I'm good with that for now.
Being an ultra runner it's really hard to run and not eat carbs. Ugh.
This week I'm off to the states to do a hike that will be about 40-50km so I am definitely eating carbs for that.
The following week I will see how I feel and then head back into keto land!
