This is my mother-in-laws French Dressing recipe.

I substitute light flavored olive oil for the canola oil.

I add the sugar, using brown sugar sometimes, a tablespoon at a time, tasting as I go. I never use as much sugar as the recipe calls for.

I don’t add any dry mustard.

Put everything in a counter blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
