This morning I decided to hop on the scale after a week of intermittent fasting. Prior to this I had been bouncing from 201 to 203. I finally entered “ONEDERLAND” I went shopping for a new outfit and I’ve gone from a size 24 to a 14! I’m running on Ketones and Grace! Loving this Keto way of life!
