I'm so freakin' tired! I really think it's the low carb thing. I wonder if it's going to last the whole time I'm doing Whole30? How do keto people do it? A friend said it's supposed to go away after 3 weeks, which will be tomorrow. I'm really thinking that's bullshit ;) LOL In the meanwhile I am really useless.

In all honesty I have no idea how to maintain a long term keto diet. Even though I keep my carbs at 20-30, there are days that I feel lousy. Yesterday and today has been by far the worst. But gosh, it has to be worth it just hang in there right?

Ugh super low carb does the same thing to me. Tired, lethargic, and even depressed! Like actually depressed from not eating carbs and sugar lol but yeah... I think it gets a lill better. You k

Oops! I was saying you kinda adapt. But the day after a cheat day I basically crave carbs All Day long!! And then cravings subside and my mood will improve
