Ok so I'm here and i have 5 weeks until I leave for Miami, so that means i can lose a total of 15 lbs!! I am focusing on eating right!! No excess sugars, no fried food!!! H2o is my friend!!! I am toning my back, legs, abs and thieghs!! really wanna look good in a bikini!! By next thursday i want to be at 189!! I can do it!
