my high protien...low calorie breakfast...pretty yummy to boot ....today i added 2oz honey baked ham but decided to go with one piece of healthy life bread instead of two....still keeping it u der 300 calories....i have decided i like it with two pieces of toast and no ham better....seems like i have ate more and im such a high volume eater anything that makes me feel like ive ate more yet has less calories is obviously a win win...
