Surprised myself today. Weighed in 10 pounds less than average. Don't know how I did it. Was on a strict diet and killing myself at the gym, but after weeks of relaxing...eating what i wanted (portion control) and switched to outdoor exercises...I dropped 10lbs!
Major accomplishment. Feeling good about life!
