for the last 2 months i have been doing completely horrible with being active and even eating relatively but i am finally ready to get back on track and not use my school and work schedule as an excuse for why i cant go to the gym. so first goal 5lbs in 2 weeks so doable and i have a friend doing it with me so thats really motivating. anyway day 1. i gotta get er done
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
