I checked the pH of our tap water and it is 7.8. It is well water and the only thing they put in it is chlorine which evaporates out of it fast. I'm not putting it in plastic, so the chemicals from the plastic are not leaching into it. Everyone has helped me so much with figuring out what water is better and how to get more of it in my diet. Then I had a few days of not walking very much and I got 2 miles yesterday which is a lot for me! My arthritis was hurting but I pushed through it! I ate a little more yesterday but was on my diet, woohoo! Thanks again for helping me get back on track! Now I have to work to stay there and I know when I need more help, you all will be willing to jump in and help! So thanks for that! Nan
