Feeling bad? Sure. Ashamed? Yep. But guess what, I’m not going to wallow in that shame, because that won’t get me anywhere. Clearly I’ve fallen clear off the bandwagon and into the ocean these past few weeks. But here I am, recommitting and making a goal to drop back down to 115 by June 12th. Yes, I know that’s 15 pounds in 3 weeks but most of this weight is water weight and retention right now so it is very possible through lots of water and whole vegetables and fruits. I’m cutting out gluten and dairy (my two intolerances that I’ve eaten a ton of the last few weeks) again and cutting out all processed foods and added sugars. I’m so excited to feel AMAZING again!! Please please any kind support and encouragement to help push me through this is encouraged and much needed! :)

I was about this subject a while ago and now you. I agree about having a warrior attitude. I gained that amount in one week on a cruise. And it was fat not water. It's taken me 3 weeks to lose 12 pounds. To lose 50 if I continue nonstop at this range probably almost a year. That's a long time without bread, chips, nuts, cake and cookies. A long time. Sooo.. What to Do?warrior self. Keep fighting against all those bad habits and all those foods that don't agree with our weight loss plans. Okay? Okay.
