woke 7am , class water on waking , another at 9am breakfast at 10am walk to swimming pool at noon 25/30 min walk, have swim 32 lengths 25m pool in 25 mins approx and a little sauna home spend 90mins cooking chilli and baked pots , etc etc relax have a drink eat dinner around 8pm , bed around 930pm watch netflix and sleep .
