So I'm scheduled to run a 5K a week from Sunday for the OU Corporate Challenge in OKC for the University I work for. Somehow, I also have "volunteered" to run the 55-meter sprint for my age group, GAK!!! Here's hoping I drop a few lbs before June 2nd. I've read that losing a few lbs can increase your running speed, and I'll need all the help I can get on this, LOL! I should totally get this shirt!
