Tad bit up - not that big of a surprise after last weekend. My younger daughter came over Saturday & spent the night. Well, she loves biscuits & gravy, and swear I make the "very best gravy ever!" Yeah yeah, probably the most fattening while we're at it, but I can't blame her completely. I agreed to make it and yes, I ate some. Oh well, carry on. She's coming up this weekend as well, and there's Memorial Day, which means we'll probably have some kind of cookout, plus the "Solo" movie, which means probably another bad food weekend. Weekend weight gain, still a problem.... I need some strategy for dealing with weekends better, LOL!
146.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
