Had no WiFi for some unknown reason, so just looking at everyone's journals today. Still staying away from fries and Greek deserts but my almond flour for making 90 second Keto bread has now run out! Will have to use coconut flour which is not the same. It's really hot here in Kefalonia, almost too hot for me, so drinking lots of water and trying to keep the wine consumption down. Home on Sunday and dreading the scales!

I don't hardly use WiFi in Kefalonia - I mainly use the 4G or 3G. Well done at keeping away from the Greek fries and desserts. I hope you have a nice surprise when you get on the scales next Monday. Sounds like you've been very good 🙂

I wish Doobrie! Even though I am not eating fries and bread I am having starters and main meal every night! It seems I have used my data allowance on my pay as you go until I pay again tomorrow! Apparently keeping my phone on roaming is not a good idea! Hope everyone is doing well!

Ah, I see. I'm on a contract and have quite a lot of data. Got a good deal from Virgin for 9 pounds a month. Then my husband got exactly the same deal from them the next day for 6 pounds a month! Still haven't complained to them yet - lol!

Enjoy the hot weather, it's not as great here in London but bank holiday looks promising.
@Doobrie, I had a good deal from Virgin but everytime I was in the EU, my internet wouldn't work. I had to switch my phone on and off 100 times to make it work, frustrated I switched to O2 and never had an issue with roaming since then.
