Today has been a good day food wise! Made 90 second Keto bread in the microwave and we shared one with smoked bacon and beef tomato for breakfast. A lovely two hour walk after that and then salad and local feta for lunch. Tonight I had beautiful pork with green beans and carrots and one glass of white wine. Feeling quite virtuous, long may it last!
