It was the Jewish holiday of Shavuot this weekend. It is traditional to celebrate this this holiday with lots if dairy foods. Its been three days of being faced with yummy pasta dishes, cheese cake and ice cream. I did ok yesterday but went over 3000 cal today. Despite walking till it felt like my feet were going to fall off, I'm still way in the red in terms of calories. Cant wait to get back to clean eating tomorrow.
