I've been reading my old journal entries and it was a real inspiration. I really showed me what hasn't and hasn't changed in the 12 years since I've been married. I love that my struggle used to be between between 170 and 185. good times. but I also love how much I'm the same person. also how things with Yair and food where always a problem.
So hey future Shayna. Hope you're doing well. I started Ozempic and metformin. And I'm eating about 120 g of carbs a day and on average 1850 cal a day. which is kind of nuts. I'm drinking coffee and eating chocolate and tea and tomatoes and peppers and I'm not dying yet. 40 mg of Omeprazole daily. I'd like to try and get off of that. It's a pretty harsh diet but it's working. School still stresses me out. Yair still stresses me out. but I like you.
