I had stitches out of my foot Thursday, still a little tender, managed 1 hour treadmill @ 2.4 mph and 20 min. of nautilus, but still having homemade low sugar ice cream and assorted other healthy snacks, it's not what but how much. I will resolve to be more diligent this week,
