So I’m totally side tracked and stopped the daily food log. Back at it tomorrow:(.

Also, is it only me who gets discouraged when the scale goes back up...
202.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Scale will always go up n down, weight fluctuates. There is nothing u can do about it, the sooner u understand this the sooner u won’t continue to get discouraged. What is supposed to be expected is to eventually lose more than what u gain

For instance lose 3 gain 2 = u lost 1 pound 👏🏻😏
