hello all. just thought I'd say hi. I am feeling weak and exhausted this weekend. My question. to my keto friends (this is only week 3 for us) is how long until you could workout at your previous level. I was doing an hour of refit 5 to 6 days a week. I now get exhausted about 30 min in and have dropped back to 3 times a week max.
