Well so far so good today. I even cooked bacon for the kids and I tempted just a little -- I do like bacon.
For mid morning juice... I had 1 lg Grapefruit 8 lg stawberried Juiced... VERY GOOD
For 1 pm so called lunch I used the recp out of RAW JUICING by Leslie Kenton
1 lg tomato 2 carrots 2 stalks of celery 1 cucumber 1 lime VERY VERY VERY Good.
Now back to work in my garage.
