For 3 weeks I have been reading and tasting testing RAW Juices fruits and veggies. During this 3 weeks I managed to go completely of sodas and coffee. I now crave juices instead of coffee in the morning.
I am sleeping more soundly and I feel energized & alive when I wake up. Like cannot wait to start the day.
I join the water workout at my local YMCA and I am going 3 times per week.
Yesterday - Sunday, I had a really good day with food - I had 4 juices and a little bit of bacon - a few crackers and 1/2 cup of pasta.
Today is the first day of the Juice Blitz - from the book RAW JUICING. Last night at bed time I had the - which was recommended. Transferring my life from processed foods to raw foods is a challenge, but I am slowly going through the change. So far so good!
Potassium Punch: 3 carrots 2 stalks celery handful mixed greens. JUICED It was not bad, very bland - but ok.
I made through rest of the evening without food - just water.
I am down 3 lbs of water weight this morning. GOOD THING FOR ME!
This morning I am really not hungry yet - but I was could not wait to get my hands a fresh oj and apple -- I did add a little mango to my juice, not sure I really like the taste of mangos.
Going to make homemade pancake for the kids before the go to VBS this morning.
