I fully expected to gain weight this weekend as I traveled to visit my parents. My step-mom always cooks enough food for 40 people so there is plenty of food around. However, despite eating more than I usually do, I managed to get my workouts in and actually lost weight. I couldn’t believe the 171 I saw on the scale this morning. I stepped on the scale three times to make sure it was correct. I’m really excited that I am so close to being out of the 170’s!
