Very out of shape, did the Bench at 245lbs, did a set of 5 reps, a set of 4 reps and a set of 3 reps. On the incline, did a set of 10 reps at 205 lbs and a set of 10 reps at 185 lbs. Did 40 reps of crunches at 190lbs and finally, ran a mile on the treadmill in 7:00.
