Good Morning!
Quickly I shall write this as I need to get my rear in gear and get ready for work.
Hubby is staying home. Still not feeling up to par. I am working. I must work I have much to do today.
The scale dipped down to 214.6 this morning. Oh I have such a long way to go. Did the first half of Pilates. It was hard but not as hard as yesterday. Sleep was ... so-so.
Simply putting one foot in front of the other. As my dear friend Cathy said ... I'm going to fake it until I make it. I am doing this because I am worth it. Because I care about myself. Because I believe in myself. Because I am happier, more content, and feel better when I take care of myself.
