Ketosis is very high today. Ran 10km and had no foot pain. The only issue was the lack of carbs made it tough to do any kind of pace. 1 more week of zero carbs and I hope to be down 2-3lbs so I can start to add some back in slowly. The reality is; I will lose this 10lbs then drink and eat all summer and gain it back. Oh well - I suffer for maybe 8 weeks a year dieting then live it up for 44 weeks! Life Simao bad!!
