I'll be honest, I haven't stepped on the scale in 3 days. My size 4 jeans are still comfortable, so I'm pretty sure I'm ok. Life has just been a blur. After all the busy craziness last weekend, I have been dragging all week.

I have a 2+ hour commute and work 9 hour days. I love watching sports and recently hockey, baseball, and basketball have all been airing. I work out for almost an hour 5-6 days a week. I cook a lot. That leaves little time for cleaning house, doing laundry, and chores in general.

Yesterday, I had to jet home from work and change my clothes. I walk/ran to the bocce court near my house and was a little late. I have never played before and asked if we could bring husbands. My friend's have been playing for a couple of years. One of the ladies replied and said that it is always Babes vs. Bros. My reply was: "Great, I love beating up on the boys!" She replied: "Get ready to be disappointed, the guys ALWAYS win."

I simply replied: "I'll try and fix that."

The first time I threw the ball, it hit the backboard, which is a no no. I had to adjust to the weight of it. It didn't take me long though, and the ladies ended up winning all 3 of the games we played. Woo hoo! They told me I have to come to every game from now on, the guys told me to stay home, lol.

I ran home, made a huge batch of chick-pea "pasta" and a huge green salad. I baked some low fat, low carb lemon poppyseed muffins. I got out all of our camping gear and cherry picked out what we need for a couple of days. I drug my sleepy behind through the last good shower I will have in a while and passed out around midnight. Alarm went off at 5:00am, I packed up the SUV and now it's parked outside my office with all of our gear in it. I'm keeping an eye on it, as we have had break-ins in the past. I will get off work, set up camp, then head back home to see Deadpool 2 with a friend. She bought a ticket for her husband, who can't make it and I didn't want her to have to see it alone. As soon as it's over, I will head back to camp and hope I can make it back in time for campfire fun. The place we camp at is a friend's property and it's not quite ready, so this will be half work and half play this weekend. Then I get to pack up all my stuff and get ready for work Monday. Did I mention that we have been helping my youngest get everything in order to move out of state in 2 months?

Oi. Slow down life. You move too fast.

I'm looking forward to that Glen! Yes, some days are pretty crazy and I have to remind myself to eat. I can't wait for football too!
