Down a half, up a half, down a half, up a half... I once did this merry-go-round on WW for 4 months while hubby lost 35 pounds ... Lordy give me strength... He's lost 17 during this whole time... It's important to me that he losses his extra weight and its not that... but this "round and round I go" business drove me crazy last time and I dropped the whole thing ...we both did because I flaked and we both gained it all back ... he 35 and me 3 and a half. what if this goes on for months this time... I am eating 250 less calories a day then was prescribed.... I do minimal walking and that's all I can do...shopping hanging on to the cart... If I am grumpy or disgruntled like last time ... I am a misery to be around ... and I don't want him to grow weary of this dieting thing because I am a pain to live with... and I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT... I don't think it's smart to drop more calories... then I get into the feast and starvation mode I spent most of my life. This is the first time I am actually relaxing about what I eat. I was never disciplined enough before to actually write everything down... or express my feelings... and here I am expressing away... Thank you for being out there in Cyberspace ... I feel lighter already...

A theme a lot of people seem to be talking about on the site today is "find what works for you". If you are not happy with your results feel free to make changes and try new things. The diet that works for you husband may not be te diet that works for you?
