Did well today. Coffee is going to be a problem. I purchased heavy whipping cream as it has no carbs and realized that it is 50 calories per tablespoon! I like 2 TBSP in my coffee, so I'm going to have to allow for 200 calories in my daily intake as I like to have 2 cups of coffee....One in the morning and one at night. Starting taking Omega 3 supplement today along with my daily vitamin. Had a lot of energy and worked out to 2 videos today. Best I have felt in a really long time!
