Doing well so far.....wishing I had some gum, but will learn to live without. I did learn today that aspartame was a no no....so I stopped with the crystal light and am working on drinking only stevia or sucralose. Started this a week ago at 208 and am down to 203 as of today. Very pleased with the results so far! Now I have to stop weighing myself everyday and just trust that the scale will do what it is suppose to do!
203.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
