Patty. There's few sauces I could use on keto, still not doing keto right now and I'm just still shocked by how much sugar is added.. I mean I have known that forever. I live with my mom and her roof her rules and food habits, she doesn't like me to cook or bake. I do sometimes and usually get 5the degree for it. Trust me I know what the relationship is and if I didn't have a kid I wouldn't be here. Heck if I could catch a break I wouldn't be here, but seems I have royally pissed off karma some how lol. Any time I get close something happens and effects my finances. Of course that's nothing new for me, but with a kid you have to make sure they are okay before you.

Well I been pouting all day ! 🙄 I wanted that juicy watermellon! 🍉 yum yum yum! But, because of carbs and sugar I had to pass it up. ( ha ha) Good dY stay in pool most the day. Relaxing afternoon 😜

Kaylee, I still have watermelon. I just don’t have more than 1/2 cup of cubes per day and make sure I have others who will eat the rest! LOL 🙋🏻
