This was my first post since the 3rd... I had gone off the gym.. But have been back at it since this past Friday.. Changed it up some to do a upper body and lower body day...worked it a bit heavier, harder, longer, and added in a little bit more to the legs... Yeah Sunday was legs... Oh my goodness lol woke up this morning at 4 am like oh snap yup worked my legs I can feel in my thighs all the way around when I walk lol.. Cause I worked all the main muscles in my thigh more than one way.. I did the Adductor 70lbs 20reps, abductor 170lbs 20 reps, leg press 380lbs / 350lbs 20reps/30reps, leg extension 75lbs 20 reps, leg curls 25lbs 20 reps, and stepped on band and crossed it and put my hands on my hip then stepped out to shoulder width them did a squat did that 10 each direction ---all of that I did two rounds of (leg press I lowered second go cause weight hurt my shoulders) and then did 10 squats because I realized I basically had done 90 squats and may as well even it up lol.

Lol.. More like sore woman... I felt fine yesterday and went grocery shopping right after the gym (I didn't do the cardio after because yeah I run around like a chicken with my head cut off there) today it hurts.. But trying not to take ibuprofen seems like that's cheating lol but my thighs hurt pretty bad just above uncomfortable ... What doesn't kill us makes us stronger right... Bahahaha.. Litterally in this case
