Good for you. I love when I have big losses, it feels so good on the body. Leaner, lighter and you also get a lot closer to goal, yes!

Thank you. I have had a hellish 6 weeks, I lost my dad, my mum has had a breakdown as a result, my daughter has been in hospital, my son has had surgery and my job has been non-stop so some of the loss has been stress related but I am making the most of it and starting a more healthy eating plan too so it has been good to see results. I am expecting the loss to slow right down now but it has definitely given me a good incentive to carry on.
