My kids are gone for a week. I have decided that I am going to dedicate this time to further my weight loss. Yesterday, today and tomorrow I am making myself (well not really making myself) attend the gym for at least 2 hours.
I am focusing on my eating. Only putting good things in. I am only 5 pounds away from my first goal (of many). I told myself when i started this journey I would give myself till October till I hit my goal and now here I am .. only 5 pounds away and it is only July.
