And, for today's actual entry. I spent the day chilling and walking along a local beach. It was fantastic and so beautiful. But I got a horrible sunburn. And from the way I was sitting on blanket, I have severely burnt my back and the front of my legs, and a little on my chest. And I have no aloe. But I have been applying a facecloth soaked in strong black tea, and it seems to be helping to take the heat out.
Today's Goal: Enjoy the beach with Cat - I may have over enjoyed the beach... but it was a great day!
Tomorrow's Goal: Avoid the sun, and get to the store and buy some aloe.
Food: Breakfast: Steel cut oats with cinnamon, strawberries and blueberries Lunch: Whole Wheat wrap with turkey, provolone, pesto, spinach, avocado. Snappeas/carrots/cherry tomatoes on the side. Dinner: Small serving of a premade curry and rice Snacks: Twizzlers and a glass of wine Water: atleast 3 maybe 4L
Note to self: ALWAYS apply sunscreen BEFORE leaving the house... don't count on yourself to apply it at the beach.
