Woke up with a migrane HA today, took Imitrex and it is not helping.
I went to IHOP for breakfest thinking my sugar was low, and ate a bad but good tasting meal. Still had a bad HA. Took some Excedrin Migrane, helped a little. Got back from the OB/GYN, and the docter and I decided that it would be best to remove my uterus this May. I am hoping that will help me feel better.
My husband decided to do WW Core plan with me. Atkins was just to hard for us and the Core is still eating low carbs, but good ones.
I had some others tell me that the Core is similar to the Atkins maintance plan. I feel like I am on a diet yo yo right now.
With God's help, I will get there,
