I started WW on Jan 1 and my wt then was 210.6 the last week in Jan I switched to Atkins and was only able to stay on that a few days. It was just to hard for me. I have never been a big bread or pasta person, or sweeet person anyway, but I really enjoy fruits and veggies and missed that so much. I was in Target last night and just prayed and asked God to help me loose this wt, that I cannot do this wt loss without his divine help. Then I heard God tell me that I had to believe I could do it and get rid of those negative thoughts. I am telling myself everyday, " I can do this, one day at a time." So far it is working, I start my day with prayer and time with God, and that helps with a positive outlook.

hang in there-I've been back and forth many times-it does work when you follow it-it's as simple as that! Good luck and don't give up even if you have a bad day-start fresh the next day!
