I didn't exercise at all last week. Although I ate within my point range, I think I need to choose better when it comes to snacks. Back to exercising and more thoughtful snacking.
143.2 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
on diet Weight Watchers   gaining 0.6 lb a week
