Well, Atkins is gonna have to wait.... I just found out I'm pregnant! I was really excited about getting these last 10 lbs off, but I'm a little more excited about being "with child". Good luck to everyone. :-)

It sounds like you already know this but you CAN NOT do Atkins during pregnancy for the health of the baby. My Dr told me when I got pregnant with my child that the baby's brain develops using carbs in your body. Congrats to you!!!
