Having struggled with Atkins induction, thinking I was following it properly I switched over to GI diet. Reading GI diet books is very informative and I now see where I failed. Mind set is strong, weight is coming off, I still have so much to learn and prepare to be successful at this diet, but its more flexible than the high protien Atkins.
