I started my day off with exercising on my easy shaper for bun and ab lift. Iworked on it for 40 minutes. This evening I also have a zumba class. My zumba instructor told me that each class I burn at least 1000 calories. I can believe it because we zumba for 1 hour with no breaks, by the time I drag myself out of her class I am soak and wet and exhusted,however, I do feel good. I have to remember to contine eating properly. Some days it is hard to eat, I eat 5-6 small meals a day. I gave up pop about 5 months ago. I drink about 100 ounces of water a day. I make sure that I eat fruit and vegetables each day.
