This was not a good week for me.. I went to a bar b que on friday and saterday resorted back to old eating habits ugh!!! beef a roo for lunch and mcdonalds for diner; and I didnt have salads! But I am back on track now and this week I know I will do better. Went to the gym today and then when I got home went for a walk/run.
