Yesterday, I tried one of those body fat/BMI analyzers at Savon Foods. I guessed my current body fat percentage was between 20 and 25 percent. The device said my percentage was actually 23.7 percent with a BMI of 27.3.

Obviously--I've got work to do and a while to go...
